Mahesh Babu’s Two Back To Back Fake Industry Hits??

Prince Mahesh Babu’s Businessman’s fifth week posters were released recently and yet again they started irritating everyone including some of the Mahesh Babu fans. On these posters, they are publicizing that it has created a new Industry record, but nothing has been mentioned whether it created the record in collections or centers or openings. Even earlier, for ‘Dookudu’, they tried to project that movie as an Industry hit by posting fake collections on the posters, which made the producers to face income tax troubles later. This time they have not posted any collections, but are simply saying that it is an Industry record.

While trying to project each of Mahesh’s movie as an Industry Hit, they are forgetting one important record that Mahesh has already got. ‘Dookudu’ became the second biggest hit of Tollywood and the third biggest hit is already in the name of Mahesh in the form of ‘Pokiri’. ‘Businessman’ is expected to end up collecting almost as much as ‘Pokiri’, or might fall short of a bit from ‘Pokiri’, but in any case, Mahesh will have second, third and fourth biggest hits of Tollywood on his name. This is an extremely rare record that might not be broken by anyone else in near future. Instead of publicizing the actual record which is highly remarkable, they are going for fake records brainlessly.

Ram Charan’s Revenge Based Movie Gets A Villain

Ram Charan’s movie, under the direction of Vamsi Paidipalli, ‘Yevadu’ is going to floors from 13th February onwards. This is going to be a revenge based action oriented film and expected to have stylish picturization. Samantha is playing the female lead of this film, with Amy Jackson being the second heroine.

As the film has a revenge oriented story, the villain needs to be a powerful actor who can give spell bounding performance, and Dialogue King Sai Kumar is the best option for such a role, says one of the sources from the film unit. Sai Kumar earlier acted as villain in movies like ‘Samanyudu’ and ‘Prasthanam’ and his performances in both the films were acclaimed.

Eka Veera to release on Feb 26

Eka Veera, the bilingual film in Telugu and Tamil, is bracing up for February 24 release.

The Tamil version of the Aadi Pinisetti’s film is titled Aaravan and is jointly produced by T Shiva and Srinivas Damera under Amma creations and 5 colours multi media banner.

Vasantabalan is the director of the period film, set in 18th century and inspired from a Tamil novel Kaval Kottan by Su Venkatesan. Karttek has composed the music while Ananta Sriram is the lyricist.

Dansika, Anjali, Archana Kaavi, Pasupati and Kabeer Bedi form the main cast of the film.

Kajal is super busy actress in south..

Kajal Aggarwal, who is on a high after the block buster hit ‘The Businessman’, is super busy with spree of projects in the pipeline.

The actress is reportedly eyeing more Southern film industry especially Tamil and Telugu than Hindi. She plays lead role in ‘Maatraan’ opposite Suriya and ‘Thuppakki’ opposite Vijay directed by A R Murugadoss.

However, the 26-year-old- lass who has her head placed firmly on her shoulders has chosen not to forget her roots in Tollywood.

Her preference for South Indian films is also inferred from the fact that she is said to be keen on listening to stories from Tollywood and Kollywood.

The regular shoot of her movie with Charan under the direction of V V Vinayak was launched on Monday and the schedule will last till February 22.

Mr. Nokia calls in March!!

Setting the release date first and rushing through the production work to meet the deadline has become fashion.

For Businessman, it worked, for others it had a telling effect on the quality of film. Many could not just make it.

Artiste Nagarjuna went on record saying that fixing (announcing) the release date and working backwards is not a good trend. (He told this after the release of his son’s film Bezawada).

Whatever be the reason, Manchu Manoj’s Mr. Nokia release is postponed to March. The 2G scam has nothing to do with the film nor did the Nokia River in Finland stalled the proceedings.

However, the film according to the latest buzz will be released on March 23. The reason for the postponement is obviously delay in post production work.
