Story :

The story of the film revolves around a grand palace known as ‘Gandharva Mahal’. The palace belongs to Rayudu (Prabhu), the present head of a Royal familythat has lost its former splendour. Rayudu rents out the palace to outsiders in order to make ends meet and is shown as a soft and very generous guy. Some of the tenants take this generosity for granted and harass Rayudu, without paying their dues. Into this scenario comes in Manoj, as someone seeking a place of rent.He slowly gets rid of the problematic elements in the palace and restores control to Rayudu.

A happy Rayudu decides to get his elder daughter (Madhumita) married and decides to give away the Gandharva Mahal as dowry. But this palace has a history. The spirit of Narasimha Rayudu (Balakrishna) is known to inhabit the place. In the past, violent incidents involving Bhupathi (Sonu Sood) and Amrutha Valli (Lakshmi Manchu) have taken place in the palace.Now once again,strange events start taking place as the bridegroom and his family arrive for the wedding.

Is Narasimha Rayudu’s spirit happy with the Marriage proposal? Who is Manoj? Why does he try to help Rayudu’s family? That forms the story.

Performance Of Characters :

• Manoj always try to do different types of roles & characters.In this movie also he tried them and succeeded in doing so.He performed his best and did judgement to his character
• Lakshi prasanna brought her complete acting abilities through this movie.Especially in the climax  she reminded us Mahanati Savitri's role of Mayabazar in the climax of UKUP. When the soul of Sonu Sood enters in the body of Lakshmi, her expressions suddenly change like Sonu Sood's. Her performance was stunning in those scenes. 
• Nandamuri Balakrishna  got a remarkable character in this film.Though his character is confined to only 25 odd minutes the movie goes on about his character.Balayya is truly royal through out the film.His expressions dialogues and performance in the peak scenes is amazing.
• Deeksha Seth is confined to a few scenes and Skin show in some songs.
• Sonu sood is extraordinary asusual.But his character reminds us of his character in arundathi.
• Other characters are short adn they did their part in the film.

Plus Points :

• Absolutely first plus point is Nandamuri Balakrishna in this film.He is outstanding in justifying his character.His costumes,Wig etc.. perfectly suited in this film
• Lakshmi Prasanan Acting in the climax.
• Manchu Manoj's  variation.
• Direction and elevation of scenes

Minus Points :

• Story seems to be a mix of some films.
• Songs needed to be better.
• Picturisation of some songs will not entertain the family audience.

Verdict :

Uu Kodathara Ulikki Padathara is a typical movie and it depends on one's personal taste.Watch it purely for some awesome performances by the lead characters
