Eligibility

1) This contest is sponsored by RRR Movies and Limelight Cinema. For the purpose of contest RRR Movies and Limelight Cinema are both together called as Contest Organisers.

2) This contest is open to all Indian Residents.

3) Contestants are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

4) By entering this contest, entrants automatically agree to be bound by the terms of this contest as listed in this Contest Terms and Conditions.

5) Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions listed in this Contest Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification of any submitted entries, and the nullification of contestant privileges to further participate in the contest.

Contest Details 

1) Contest Organisers have produced movie by name “Oka College Story” in Telugu language.

2) Contest Organisers have announced an open challenge where the participants can prove that the song tunes from “Oka College Story” are copy of or copied from any other movie songs in any other Indian language and get a chance to win the prize.

3) For the purpose of this contest, copy means 25 seconds of similar tune from any other movie in any Indian language. This is not applicable for the music in between pallavi and charanams.

4) Your entry must be sent to limelightcinemas@gmail.com which should include your name and phone number.

Submission of entries and Deadline 

1) The Contest will be opened for entry submissions starting July 27, 2012. All entries must submitted no later than 12pm IST, Monday, August 20, 2012. Late entries will be rejected.

2) Each contestant may submit any number of entries.

3) By submitting any entry, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document without limitation.

Prizes 

1) One prize shall be awarded for each song. Total of six prizes for 6 songs.

2) Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Twinspark shall be given as prize for the contest winners.

Winner Selection and Notification 

1) One winner shall be selected for each song. If there are more than one correct entries per song, the winner will be selected through lucky draw.

2) There can only be 6 winners in the contest, one winner per song.

3) The decisions of the contest judges are final.

4) Notification of Winners. Winners of prizes shall be notified immediately following the announcement of the winners on the www.prakhyat.com website on August 24, 2012. As a condition to receipt of their prize, prize winners maybe required to sign and return the Contest Prize Release Form within 72 hours of notification. If the Prize winner does not claim his/her prize within 72 hours of the draw date or does not meet all the contest conditions, the prize shall be deemed to be cancelled.

5) In accepting the prizes, the contest winners acknowledge that Contest Organisers may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using the prize(s).

6) Prize Responsibility. All prize winners will be responsible for any and all taxes resulting from acceptance of any and all prizes associated with this Contest. Prize winner cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. No prize substitution or changes are allowed. All prizes are subject to availability. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Contest Organisers, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded.

7) As this contest permits entries to be received via e-mail or Internet, no responsibility will be taken for any failure of the website during the promotion or for any problems or technical malfunction of a telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, on-line or Internet entry to be received by Contest Organisers on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website. Contest Organisers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend contest should a virus, bug or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Contest Organisers corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest
