Nitin’s next with a new director

Nitin, who is awaiting the release of his latest film Ishq, is planning to do his next film with a new director. Nitin is impressed with director Vijay’s script and gave a go ahead. This film will go to sets in April. Nitinsays that this film would be another good romantic film in his career.

Nitin has been running through tough times as an actor as he tasted too many flops post Sye. He hopes that Ishq bails him out of this situation. Nitin is paired up with Nithya Menon in this film. Ishq is directed byVikram Kumar.

Music composed by Anup Rubens has turned out to be a decent hit. Lachamma and Oh Priya Priya songs are rocking the charts.

Karti's 'Malligadu' Music Launched

Under Studio Green banner in Ameerdirection as Karthi and Priyamani are main leads in 'Malligadu' movie audio released yesterday at Taj Deccan, Hyderabad. Tanga Prabhakaran and Gnanavel Raja are the producers of the film and Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music.

Bellamkonda Suresh, Rajamouli, Srinu Vaitla, Madhura Sridhar, Ganesh, Karthi, Shashank Vennelakanti and few others were participated in this event. Audio CD was released by Rajamouli and handed over to Srinu Vaitla. Trailer was launched by Thaman.

Karti said "I am lucky to work with wonderful team. I am confident about the film only because the story of the film. It is just like Premabhishekam and Maro charitra. I am glad that i got this subject as my first film. I’m confident that the film will be a success full movie. Film was narrated in impressive manner. Hope telugu people love it.”

Raviteja gives him second chance

Raviteja is one of the very few heroes that don’t care about director’s track record when they sign up a new film. Raviteja doesn’t bother about working with the same director again, even if his first film disappoints.

Raviteja worked with director Parasuramfor Anjaneyulu, which was ended up as a flop. Despite having decent comedy, Anjaneyulu failed to get back the investment for its buyers. Now the duo is teaming up again for a film that will be produced by Aswini Dutt.

Raviteja gave second chance to director Harish Shankar even after his first ‘Shock’. Harish proved his mettle with Mirapakaya movie and proved Raviteja’s judgment right. Now it is up to Parasuram to not to letdown Raviteja.

Raviteja suffers third flop in a row

Raviteja is regarded as the most reliable hero of Tollywood as most of his films click at the box office. After getting his first break as a hero, Raviteja never looked back. He has never suffered a series of failures sinceItlu Sravani Subramanyam.

Of late Raviteja has been suffering with a series of flops. Raviteja’s last three films including Nippu were ended up as flops.Nippu is poised to become one of the biggest flops in recent times. The film has been doing worse than the critics predicted on its first day.

Raviteja is currently busy with Daruvu movie which is being directed by Siva Kumar. Raviteja will hope to bounce back with this film. Taapsee plays the female lead in it.

Racha budget goes overboard!

Ram Charan’s current film Racha, which is all set to release in few weeks time, is said to be one of the costliest films that were ever made in Telugu film history. As per the buzz the film’s budget has gone overboard than expected.

If the reports are to be believed, Racha film was made at a whopping 29 crore rupees, which doesn’t include Ram Charan’s remuneration. With Charan’s paycheck, the budget will be more than 35 crores. So Racha will have to do extremely well to put producers in safe zone.

Charan’s previous film Orange was ended up as flop due to high budget and it seems like Charan hasn’t learned any lesson from that failure.

'Eka Veera' postponed to March 2

Aadi’s latest film 'Eka Veera' movie is all set to hit the screens on March 2nd. Earlier it was informed that the movie will release on February 24th, now it was postponed to March 2nd. Currently the post production work is going on at high speed.

This movie is set in 18th century and is inspired from a Tamil novel Kaval Kottanby Su Venkatesan. Vasantabalan is the director for this film, which is being produced by T.Shiva and Srinivas Damera under Amma creations and 5 colours multi media banner. Karteek has composed the Music and Siddarth handled the camera. Dansika and Anjali are the heroines in Eka veera.

Nithin’s Ishq celebrates platinum disc function

Nithin, Nithya Menon starrer Ishq has celebrated the platinum disc function on 22^ndFebruary in Hyderabad. The cast and crew of Ishq has attended the event while director Nandini Reddy who was present at the event presented the platinum discs for the unit members.

Nithin informed that he is happy with the music success and thanked the audiences for encouraging good music. Nithin thanked ever technician and cast related to Ishq and stated that the film’s became a super hit as it was launched by Pawan Kalyan.

Vikram Kumar of 13B fame wielded the megaphone for Ishq. Vikram Goud produced the film under Shreshta Movies banner and Anoop Rubens composed the tunes and PC Sreeram cranked the camera.

Great response for Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh teaser

Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh teaser is finally out and Power Star fans seem to be extremely happy with the teaser.

With a punch dialogue “Naaku koncham thikka undi .. kaani daaniki oka lekka undi” the teaser is currently rocking all over. Pawan Kalyan's look as a cop and the dialogue has suited well for the actor.

Harish Shankar, who is wielding the megaphone for this remake of Bollywood blockbuster Dabangg , has also penned the dialogues. Gabbar Singh has Shruti Haasan as the female lead and Ganesh Babu is producing it on the banner Parameswara Arts. Devi Sri Prasad composed the tunes for the film.

Manchu Manoj starrer Mr.Nokia which has postponed its release date for a couple of times is finally releasing on March 2 according to Mohan Babu.

“Saw Mr.Nok.ia. One of the best films of Manoj. Best action sequences in the recent past. Kids will love Manoj's comedy. Am told Mr.Nokia is releasing March 2^nd,” informed Mohan Babu.

The film casts Sana Khan and Kriti Karbanda as the female leads. Mr.Nokia is directed by debutant Ani and Rajasekhar handled the camera. Produced by DS Rao on Shailendra Cinema banner, Mr.Nokia has Yuvan Shankar Raja’s music.

The film is touted to be a full-fledged entertainer with good action sequences and comedy.

You know film's fate while shooting: Vidya

Actress Vidya Balan, riding high on the success of "The Dirty Picture", and awaiting the release of "Kahaani" says one can sense the fate of a movie while filming it.

"Obviously you feel sad when your film bombs at the box office because you put the same amount of effort. However, during the making of the film itself you get an idea whether the film will work or not," said Vidya.

The 33-year-old, who has a rising graph in the film industry, feels she still has a long way to go.

"I have got more than I have asked for. Luckily most of my films have not flopped," she added.

Asin's 'Housefull' diaries

Actress Asin Thottumkal would have been a part of "Housefull", but date issues kept her away. However, she is glad to associate with filmmaker Sajid Khan ultimately for "Housefull 2".

A source informs that the actress was approached for the 2010 film "Housefull", but she couldn't accommodate it due to date issues.

Khan also wanted her to do the hit dance number "Dhanno" from the same movie but that too didn't work out, and Jacqueline Fernandez was roped in for the same.

But when the "Housefull" team decided to make a sequel to the movie, Asin was roped in.

"Housefull 2", produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, also features Jacqueline, Akshay Kumar and John Abraham.
